Office 90,000 sf	200 Tournament Drive is a new acquisition for BPG Properties in their national portfolio. jBH3 was given the task to analyze the existing building, provide a report and document major life safety and accessibility code issues, physical and building code deficiencies, and recommend solutions to deficiencies and programmatic desires. From this report, improvements to a failing perimeter wall system, roof system, storm water management system, HVAC and plumbing systems were redesigned. BPG’s commitment to providing quality buildings was the driving force behind jBH3 updating and expanding the existing lobby and toilet rooms. “The upgrades made to the core and shell, as well as the expansion to the common area, have increased the leasability of the entire building.
