Bailey Design Group, a Graphic Design services firm, needed an environment that reflected their own creativity. However, they knew they wanted to create a new culture at the same time.

By working along side the client to create an exciting color and finish scheme, jBH3 created a design that promotes team culture within the company. By defining public access areas from private areas, and developing new furniture standards that introduce “creative pods” to Bailey Design Group, the work culture shaped a new collaborative environment. In addition to the creative design work, jBH3 provided detailed construction administration throughout the final phases.
