jBH3's services were retained in the renovation of Moore College of Art & Design’s Sartain Dormitories. The intent was to give a facelift to the building’s interiors by replacing the flooring, paint, lighting, and lounge furniture.

The challenge was to design a creative and new atmosphere, without imposing any major architectural changes to the building, while working under tight budget and schedule restraints. jBH3 worked with staff members and student representatives to create a scheme that fit the school’s art and design background and had a fresh and funky appeal to it. Pairing basic design principles, such as, light, color, and form with a practical approach, jBH3 was able to achieve a cost conscious and energetic space for the student’s of Moore College of Art & Design.
