jBH3 created a new facade to reflect the contemporary aesthetics of the owner. The existing mottled brick, metal mansard and Dryvit entrance was stripped and replaced with new brick, cast stone trim elements and entrance, as well as larger expanses of glass.The new vibrant, yet understated, facade enhanced the appeal of the existing building and created a more inviting atmoshpere that the previous building lacked.
